Gourmet Veggie Foods Featured In The Hamilton Spectator
The Hamilton Spectator has written an article about vendor David So's Gourmet Veggie Foods, here's an excerpt:

Owner David So says many more people are eating veggie now than when he first got into the business.

In 2000, So ran a vegetarian Chinese food restaurant in Richmond Hill.

He had only recently gone vegetarian himself after being inspired by his son, who had adopted the approach years earlier.

“When I first started, I had already quit red meat for many years, but I still kept white meat like chicken and also seafood,” So says. “I love seafood and the reason I can’t give it up is I came from Hong Kong. Hong Kong has a lot of seafood.”
