Time to colour! The "Fall at the MARKET" colouring page
The “Fall at the MARKET” colouring page was illustrated by Hamilton based artist and musician Keisha Neoma-Quinn. Keisha’s main body of work features mixed media sculptural installations inspired by nature landscapes, extreme weather, environmental activism, the playfulness of childhood, and the absurdity of dreams.

When asked what interested her most about the MARKET’s fall themed colouring page project, Keisha replied:

“Being very in touch with my inner child as well as keeping close friendship with many kids, I love having opportunities to engage with children through my art and crate work for them to enjoy.
As an environmental activist, this project was doubly rewarding as I believe teaching children where food comes from and why we should eat local and support local farms is of the utmost importance.”

About the Illustrator: Keisha Neoma-Quinn graduated with Honors Summa Cum Laude from the McMaster Studio Arts program and now works from a shared studio space in downtown Hamilton. Her artwork won the People’s Choice Award at the 2014 McMaster Museum of Art exhibition “Chiasmata”, and she was recently published in the children’s book “Bocconcinio Di Parma Saves the Day” by local author Lynn Whitlaw Varey; and Keisha is currently illustrating a sequel.
