Sau Bake

SAU Bake is a Brazilian bakery that specializes in vegan snacks and treats. Matheus is the CEO and founder. They always loved cooking and found happiness in sharing delicious meals with their loved ones.

Matheus is a chef graduate in art culinary from Uniceub University in Brazil, Brasilia. They also had a small business back in 2016 (Eu Brasileiro Doceria) which is when they found out they were born to be an entrepreneur. 

Sau Bake’s official opening date at the Hamilton Farmers’ Market is Saturday, October 12th, right on time for Thanksgiving weekend.
