Summit Station Dairy

Summit Station Dairy - Farm fresh milk

About: SUMMIT STATION DAIRY AND CREAMERY is an on-farm dairy and retail store located on the
Loewith Family Dairy farm in Hamilton, Ontario. Using only A2A2 milk from the herd, Summit
Station processes and bottles whole milk, unhomogenized milk, chocolate milk, strawberry milk,
skimmed milk, table cream, and egg nog. Don’t miss out on the fresh cheese curds that you can purchase at the Local Showcase.

The Summit Station store location has been built to resemble an old Ontario train station,
complete with its own ‘abandoned’ railroad. Greeting customers as they make their way to the
building is a life-sized model cow with a perfect heart shaped marking on her side – painted to
match the real ‘Valentina’ cow in the barn.

Summit Station has once again brought the ‘milkman’ tradition back to Hamilton residents. To make this possible, they have introduced a dedicated delivery service using their own drivers and vans. They have developed a convenient membership platform, ensuring that fresh, glass-bottled milk arrives right at local doorsteps.

With the launch of Summit Station Dairy & Creamery, the Loewith family is now able to control
every step of dairy production – from planting the crop to milking the cows to packaging the
product to picking up the empty glass bottles from a doorstep.
