Start the Day with Live Music

The weekend kicks off inside the York Blvd. Event Space with a concert from the Plan B Organic Farm Family Band. Running from 10:30 to 11:30 AM, this one-hour performance is upbeat, free to attend, and family-friendly. It’s a chance to enjoy live music in a relaxed setting before heading out to the main SuperCrawl streets. For anyone who loves the mix of local culture and community that makes Hamilton special, this is a perfect way to set the tone for the rest of the day.

Interactive Drumming with Hamilton Civic Museums

From 12:00 to 5:00 PM, the Market welcomes the Hamilton Civic Museums team for an interactive drumming pop-up, also in the York Blvd. Event Space. Visitors will get the chance to explore the history of drumming during the War of 1812, when drummers played a vital role in relaying commands across the battlefield. You’ll learn about the rhythms and patterns used at the time and even try them out yourself.

This activity is designed for all ages. Adults can test their skills, while kids under 12 are encouraged to join in with a parent or guardian. It’s a hands-on experience that connects music, history, and community in a way that’s both educational and fun.

The Golden Egg Scavenger Hunt

The Golden Egg Hunt returns to the Hamilton Farmers’ Market on Supercrawl Saturday. Between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, three golden eggs will be hidden throughout the Market. Anyone who finds one can bring it to the Market Office on the lower level to claim a Market gift card. With only three eggs up for grabs and one prize per family, it pays to keep your eyes open while shopping and exploring.
