Please welcome Chaton to the Market! Owned by Anja and Andre, Chaton is a concept to bring high level French pastry to Hamilton. Chaton will have croissants, pain au chocolat, and macarons available at the store. Anja is the head baker with decades of industry experienced and a love for baked goods.

Chaton will be serving: croissants, chocolate croissants, madeleines, financiers, and maple rolls today!

Chaton is opening at the Hamilton Farmers’ Market on Thursday, January 18th from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. Join us to try Chaton’s freshly baked goods!
