Please welcome Coati Fine Chocolate to the Market! Coati Fine Chocolate is owned by Christopher Downey who is a chocolatier. Chris makes all chocolates, truffles, and chocolate bars in the Market fresh for the week.

Chris starts with cocoa beans from locations all around the world. The Fair Trade/Direct Trade beans selected are of the highest quality and have been carefully fermented and dried in their home country to ensure the best flavour development. Once received by Coati they are sorted, roasted, cracked, winnowed and refined. The resulting chocolate is then tempered and incorporated into a variety of bon bons, dressed and single origin bars.

Coati Fine Chocolate promises the highest quality nus, fruits, confits, herbs, spices, and essential oils in their products and never use artificial flavourings, colourants, preservatives, soy, gluten, peanuts, flour or eggs, however, the products may contain or have come into contact with nuts and/or dairy. Many of thei products are made with certified organic ingredients identified in GREEN.
