MARKET CARTS
Our Market Cart program offers daily rentals for local artisans, food producers, and small businesses to sell in a historic urban setting. Click below to learn more and Youth Entrepreneurs can apply here too. Fees start at $25/day.
SEASONAL
The Local Showcase is a seasonal program that allows farmers, producers, and food/beverage based businesses to reach new customers, grow their brand and generate sales. This program runs Fridays and Saturdays. Fees start at $50/day.
ANNUAL STALLS
Our annual stall rental program is perfect for local farmers, food producers, and prepared food vendors. Rates starting at $25.09 per square foot per year. Each stall comes equipped with electrical outlets, billed through a metering system based on actual usage, and overhead lighting is included. Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, but the setup ensures a functional space in a busy downtown location.
EVENT SPACE
Our Event Space, located to the right of the main entrance at York Blvd, is a versatile venue suitable for a variety of events and functions. The space accommodates up to 150 guests and includes two washrooms (one accessible). Furniture is available for rent, including folding tables, stacking chairs, and picnic tables and benches, with room for 15–18 six-foot tables for pop-up markets. We also accept event and program proposals.
