Local Showcase rental options

The Local Showcase at Hamilton Farmers’ Market gives farmers, producers, and artisans indoor space in a busy downtown location. Now at the base of the lower-level ramp, it runs Fridays and Saturdays with amenities like power, refrigeration, and tables. Seasonal fees apply, and applicants must be Hamilton-area businesses with certifications and insurance. Fees start at $50/day.

ANNUAL STALL RENTALS

We provide stall rentals for local farmers, food producers, and prepared food vendors, with rates starting at $25.09 per square foot per year. Each stall comes equipped with electrical outlets, billed through a metering system based on actual usage, and overhead lighting is included. Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, but the setup ensures a functional space in a busy downtown location.

YORK BLVD EVENT SPACE

The York Blvd Event Space, located street level to the right of the main entrance at 35 York Blvd, is a versatile venue suitable for a variety of events and functions. The space accommodates up to 150 guests and includes two washrooms (one accessible). Furniture is available for rent, including folding tables, stacking chairs, and picnic tables and benches, with room for 15–18 six-foot tables for pop-up markets. Event and programming proposals are reviewed on a rolling basis, and only successful applicants will be contacted.
