Saturday at the Market

This Saturday, the Sokoni pop-up market is back from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm at the Hamilton Farmers’ Market on July 15th. The Sokoni pop-up market is an opportunity to shop local and support black-owned businesses. This event is hosted by the Hamilton Farmers’ Market in collaboration with the Nigerian Canadians for Cultural, Educational, and Economic Progress. The many vendors that come in with the pop-up market sell a variety of items including:

• Jewelry

• Clothing

• Specialized stickers, water bottles, tumblers

• Self-care items: bath soaps, bath salts, essential oils, candles

• ….and more!

Along with the Sokoni pop-up market, the Market will have live music from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm on the lower level. Musician Emma Elena Grace will be playing covers and originals for all Market shoppers to listen to.
