We are a gourmet and medicinal mushroom farm located just outside Elmira, ON. We completely the entire growing process entirely in house, from liquid cultures to finished mushrooms.
I really love the enthusiasm from the customers, going to a market is always a good day, but you almost never see the amount of excitement the customers at Hamilton Farmers’ Market have about our product.
