Please join us in welcoming Mat Salleh to the Hamilton Farmers’ Market!
Drawing from their experience with foods from Asia’s Pacific Rim and Canada’s Pacific Northwest, combined with some imagination, a load of experience and a little bit of luck, Mike and Rebecca work with local ingredients to produce mouthwatering flavors and creative plates.
The menu will change as the seasons provide. They will keep up with local providers to offer the best quality meats, spice and vegetables available.
Retail items will be available for Grab and Go shoppers including spice mixes, preserves, sauces, Meat Pies and more!
Rebecca is Mat Salleh’s in house pastry master turning out hand made pies both individually sized and available by preorder, in a family sized format (9 inch). Have orders in by 14:00h Tuesday for Thursday – Saturday market pickup.
Mat Salleh is located on the lower level in The Real Food Court, across from Mystic Ramen.
